"My experience with this company was outstanding. I had ordered a Garmin 76 GPS, and after using it for a couple of days, I realized that it wasn't enough to meet my needs. I inquired about a return and was told that it would be fine to exchange it for an upgraded model, without a restocking fee. I ordered the second one and shipped back the first. By the time they could process the return, my 'virtual' credit card had expired. The company took the time to send me a check to cover the refund, which meant they had to eat the credit card transaction fees. Besides their having the lowest price I could find at the time, the level of service was excellent. When I upgrade my GPS in the future, I will definitely use this company again."
