Forgotten to plug-in a touchpad

"The reparation was made good, and a week for all the works and shipping was convenient for me. However I recieved my laptop with broken touchpad. I was told to find a trouble with drivers, but nothing helped. After all, I decided to look into my laptop and discovered that my touchpad simply wasn't plugged-in. That's not a big trouble but It brought me a bunch of time wast and nerves so I rate 2 stars."

I pre-paid for USPS Priority return shipping.
After paying for the diagnostic service, it took 4 business days before the unit was actually shipped back.

"These folks were easy to communicate with. I sent my Ultrabook from Florida for about $12.50 each way and the repair was less than a hundred bucks. They replace a cable and video panel. Certainly a good deal. I liked best that someone always answered the phone and coordinated no matter when I called. "

"They installed a hardware/software that almost sent my $2500 alienware computer to the stone age, the $300 water cooling system failed the water almost damage the motherboard, but it did damage my $600 video card. I had to take my computer somewhere else to get it fixed Arnold or whatever his name is never offered apology. It's a really sorry place of you have an expensive computer with really bad policies their policy is it wasn't US. "
