"Ordered a GREENLIGHT #84038 1968 Ford Mustang GT Fastback as a Christmas gift for my brother in-law, who is a serious collector. The car arrived with the drivers front wheel missing paint. Visible from the package so apparently quality control did not catch it. I paid $10 for shipping and when I contacted 3000Toys and they asked for a photo which I emailed. Days later after I filed dispute my payment was refunded"
"I purchased a "collector" workable truck from this horrible company. I opened the box and used the roll-off dumpster one time (I'm an over 40 year old adult) and the product completely fell apart. The bracket fell off of the box, the cord for the dumpster fell off, the canopy broke, etc. I contacted customer service who told me that it was a collector item, and not meant to be played with. It had moving parts that a reasonable adult should be able to use one time without breaking. The item was approximately $130 with shipping and they refused to replace, refund or even offer any compensation at all. I adheared to the "recommended age" of 14 and up as I'm over 40! I'll never purchase from them again. I understand that the item quality is not the sellers responsibility, but it's unacceptable no receive no compensation at all!"

"This is 100% a fake website, the email they have under returns is not even affiliated with them. I emailed them and they said they have received numerous emails from customers asking for refund. The addresses they give are all none existing.ive called the better business bureau and a investigation is on going.please save your money and dont give these scammers any of it. "
