I would rate them a 10 except for one thing: slow processing of order. It was 12 days from order date to receiving date. However, that didn't stop me from placing another order. :-)
Update: recieved my 2nd order from 2cool. Again it was exactly what I ordered, well packaged and complete. Again it was slow arriving...7-8 days. If you are in no big hurry, then this is the store to shop."
