They confirmed my order and sent an email the next day saying that they had run out of inventory but planned to ship within 7-10 days. I rarely blame companies for running out of inventory, and 24 Hour Fitness went a step above the rest and gave me a $10 coupon for my troubles. Everything got to me within the allotted time so I have no complaints. 24 Hour Fitness is a great store and I will be back again."
