"I bought just about $200.00 in beads from this company, when i open the package from them I found that they had sent me the wrong size beads. I emailed them to fix the problem but they were not willing to help me all they to me to do was to ship them back. Now the shipping was to much for me to afford I told them I am will to send them the beads as long as they sent me the right one and they still would not help. the customer service was bad. I will never order from this company again. I feel bad for you if you order from this company And I hope they treat you with respect. ( Thanks for nothing 21CNBeads )"
