"DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. I bought an MP3 player as a birthday gift for my child. When we attempted to use it, we discovered that it would not play. I, then, went to the "manual" to read the instructions to make sure I wasn't missing something. It was completely laughable!! It was 4 pages, the instructions didn't even apply to the actual mp3 player we had, and it would ay something like, "in figure 4," or "see picture 2 above," with one problem-there WERE NO PICTURES!!
Upon closer examination, I found that there were already 6 voice records and 2 songs uploaded to the device. I was, at this point, FURIOUS. I contacted them for the RMA number they say they require for a return. Two days later, their reply was something to the effect of, we're sorry you haven't received the item, could you please wait a few more days... Huh??! I emailed them BACK that I had, in fact, received the item, but that it was obviously USED & DEFECTIVE, and I needed the RMA# to return it. Their reply this time was, We're sorry you are not happy with our product (ummm, NO, I'm not!!), but you would have to send it to us, have our techs test it, and then send it to the manufacturer to verify that it is acdtually defective, and THEN we'll refund your money, minus shipping & a re-stock fee. Since your shipping back to us will be expensive, and the whole process will be time-consuming, would you like to just keep the POS, USED, DEFECTIVE item for a PARTIAL REFUND??! SERIOUSLY???!!! I reported them to paypal (how I paid for the purchase) who informed me that they only cover buyers that have issues w/ shipping, but NOT once the item has been received!!! The whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth for paypal, and I will, needless to say,NEVER EVER EVER buy anything from 1TopStore again! Buyer beware!!! "

"The worst company to ever buy stuff from. They never sent my item, they tried to hassle me about getting a refund well over a month later, but I opened a paypal dispute and they payed up quickly only then. Then 7 months later they email explaining that my package may have been delayed one to two weeks and asking for payment. 7 months after my order date, I don't think that a couple of weeks delay is going to fly with anyone as a reason I should repay my refunded money for something I never received. 1topstore is a scam, don't buy from them, it's not worth your time or money."
