"Chose a beautiful plant based on the picture shown on the website. What the recipient received was a planter without blooming flowers so essentially a planter with soil in it. There should be a disclaimer on the initial picture if it will not look the way it appears on the website when it is delivered."
"A friend of mine ordered flowers and a bottle of champagne as a thank you. The flowers were delivered, the champagne was not. I called and complained, they promised I would get the bottle by late afternoon. Again nothing..... I can only recommend not to order anything in addition to flowers, you will get screwed. My poor friend spent an additional $50 for nothing. STAY AWAY! There are much better flower delivery services out there."
"Ordered flowers. They canceled the order. They lied and said they tried to call before canceling -they didn’t. After I said they didn’t call they lied AGAIN and told me the phone number was disconnected (as she was looking at the caller ID with the number I was using which was, in fact, the number they supposedly tried). They then lied about the billing address. They offered to deliver it the next day but the trust was lost due to the lies. Not a trustworthy company. Too many lies to ever deal with them again. The clincher? They still charged my credit card! Of course I marked it “fraud”. Beware. You have been warned. "

"I wouldn’t recommend nobody to use this service. I ordered flowers for my daughter ‘s birthday. The arrangement she’s got, looked completely different, most of the flowers in a bouquet had brown spots and looked totally dead. I was ashamed . Why would they even send something like that for someone’s birthday?! You can get fresher flowers from Walmart, not saying it will be 10 times cheaper! "
"I’m not one to complain very often, but my experience with this flower shop was a HUGE let down. I ordered flowers for a funeral 2 days out, and the flowers never made it to the funeral home; nor did anyone contact me to say they were not delivering, nor did they call to refund my money. They were going to keep my money and not fulfill the order. It was not until the day after the funeral that I find out the flowers never made it to the funeral home. I was in disbelief. Naturally, I call the flower shop to investigate what was going on. The staff wasn’t very kind or apologetic. I made the phone call 2 days ago, and they said they would issue a refund, but non of the money has been returned to me as of yet. I will never attempt to use this shop again, and my advice to you is to be sure to follow up on your order to make sure the flowers were delivered, or else you most likely will get robbed."
"I spent $50 on what I thought was a beautiful bouquet for my stepmom, to be delivered in time for her birthday. Not only was it not delivered in time, but I had to call customer service three times before they could even figure out what happened. The delivery tracking was a joke, unreliable. The customer service said they would refund the delivery fee, but haven’t seen the charge credited to my card yet. Worst of all, the floral arrangement looked nothing like the picture I purchased and was basically all filler. So dissatisfied so disappointed:( never again!"
"I ordered flowers for my mother's birthday and received a confirmation and a notice that the delivery was scheduled. My mom did not get the flowers as I found an email on the next day in my mailbox that none of the flowers in the arrangement were available. Come on! Roses were not available at any time of the year! Hope you read this or any other review, and it seems there are quite a lot like it before you order from this fraudulent site. I wish I have seen those before ordering and paying flowers from this site.

Flowers were left on the doorstep and the neighbor ended up picking them up and taking them home.
Because they were left outside for so long the flowers were wilted when my daughter received them on Saturday.
For the cost of $59.95- not a good value."
