"NOT happy with 1st Toyota. This is the first time I have ordered from them and it will be the last. Great prices don't help if you can't get the product when you need it. I placed an order on 4/12 that I needed by 4/17. I paid the extra for 2 day shipping to make sure I had it here in time. I received an email on 4/13 saying one item would not be in until 4/14 when everything would be shipped. With the 2 day shipping that would put it at my location on 4/16, no problem. Today I get an email with the tracking number for Fed Ex. My order was shipped on 4/14 as promised. I checked the Fed Ex tracking number and they have delivery listed as 4/21! I called 1st Toyota and found out that my order was shipped out regular method without the 2 day. The service rep I spoke with said their shipping department has done this before. I had a significant number of other items I wanted to purchase for my Toyota...I'm still going to purchase the parts, just not from 1st Toyota."

Although they shipped my order two days after placing it, customer support was excellent with terrific e-mail updates for order status, delivery, and tracking information. They are part of Bob Bridge Auto Center at www.bobbridge.com which serves GMC, Pontiac, & Toyota.
