"This company should not exist! I order a mobo from them, and it never gets shipped out. I call "customer service" and demand a refund, and they wouldn't. Filed a complaint with the BBB and the money came back. I will never order from this company, and you shouldn't either!"
"This company is affiliated with Compusoft,PCsourceOnline,Inc. and several others. They are all different names for the same people according to the better business bureau. They have been changing names and have 42 complaints filed against them via the BBB, and have responded to 1. I ordered merchandise from these people(via another website they now own) had a chip go bad($175 worth of DDR), and called "tech support" who told me that they are not the same company, and don't honor the one year warranty I paid for anymore, even though they have the same phone number, physical address, name, and web address of the last company. They gave me another number to call, which is an answering machine listing business hours. Never any response. They then told me to call my local police department or my credit card company. Needless to say, I am highly dissatisfied, and will never shop with any company associated with these people again.
