"I ordered two White Rodgers Thermostat on Nov 18. I did think price was very good for product. Received email on Nov 20 that product was shipped but I was getting "error" for tracking number. I have been trying to reach them by phone since Dec 3. When calling you get voice mail asking to leave a message and they will return within 20-30 mins, Or they request you send a email, which I sent on Nov 26. (not even an 800 number at that). No reply to my voice mails or emails. I highly recommend that you DO NOT use this company for purchases.
Finally on Dec 23 - I get this email, We are unable to send out any more of the white Rodgers 1F97371 thermostats that were on order 50466. Those were limited quantity and we have no more to send out. The original shipment we sent out to you was returned to us by UPS very destroyed."
