"I ordered some perfume for my mother, received a confirmation email, I thought all was well. My mom never received her Christmas gift from them. I sent an email to them to ask about my order, no response. I went to their website to try to check the status of my order, it shows as cancelled! There is no problem with my card. I'm not sure why they cancelled my order, but communicating with customers is important. I tried to call, there is no specific cust. service number on the site, so I tried 1-800-perfume. There's a ring and then it picks up and hangs up immediately. Now I am worried, they have my credit card number, address, phone number, who knows what may happen.... DO NOT USE THESE GUYS!"
