"Bought a mobile phone via 1949deal.com. It was a piece of crap Umi Rome. Sent it back for repair.
It came back as a piece of crap it was before.
Asked 1949deal.com for a refund, or some new items within the phone's price range.
No answer!
Nothing!
I was totally ignored!
They just took my money and that was it!

"I bought a phone from this company, and it soon became apparent that it was defective. I tried three times to contact them, but they did not respond. I filed a dispute with PayPal, and then the company contacted me. They never paid attention to what I wrote to them, and they wrote basically the same response four times. I finally escalated the dispute to a claim, and the company said they would help me if I would close the dispute. I told them to help me and then I would close the dispute. The best offer they gave me was for me to pay the return postage and they would give me a discount on a different phone. There is no way I will ever buy anything from them again, and I would strongly discouraged anyone else from buying from them. They are not trustworthy and their customer service is horrible."
"They don't have the phone I ordered in stock and can't say when they will have it, and now after a few days of slow customer service responses without an apology I have my ordered listed as refunded despite not actually having a refund. This would appear to be a scammer company, and they definitely do not know how to run a decent retail business, so avoid like the plague!"

"I ordered AND PAYED a smart-phone on September 12, 2014.
Three weeks now all I could see was: status Processing!!!
I tried the chat: Impossible to contact!
I tried Skype: Impossible to connect!
I tried the web page contact form: No reply!!!
I finally e-mailed them and the answer was:
"Dear Friend,sorry to bother you .
the color you ordered (black)is sold out .how about change to the white color or pink color .
waitting for your reply .
have a nice weekend ."
After two more e-mails they finally understood that I was furious with them and that white color is O.K. with me.
I wonder how long I would wait if I didn't sent them the last e-mail.
I don't know what's gonna happen next...
All I know is that I'll never buy from them again! "
"I bought a Lenovo Golden Warrior A8 / A808T MTK6592 but i didn't know its not working in Europe because they didn't wrote that smartphone works in china only. After a hour i contacted them over a mail which was in PayPal receipt but they didn't answer. Next day i found a new email address (different from PayPal) and sent them a message that i want to change my order but they told me its to late because the item has already shipped. When i wrote tracking number on service they gave me, the package wasn't gone for next 7days.. they are lying and they are not ok. I am never gonna buy again from them. They are fraudster and everyone should know that before spending money in their store."
