"The printer cartridges I received were not Print-Rite, as pictured on their web site. As a matter of fact the black cartridge I received was MMC (Epson C80), a brand I've had problems with in the past. After a paper jam, the first black MMC printer cartridge stopped printing and I had to replace it. Head-cleaning and nozzle cleaning had no effect. The second black MMC cartridge seems to be OK so far.
The color cartridges, G&G not Print-Rite as advertised, are fine for the price. "
"I have an HP 970CSe and the remanufactured I purchased was just as good as the HP brand. The only things is I had to "prime the ink". I had to send the cartdrige through the clean process twice before it started to flow and produce good color. Now I can't even tell the difference. I would surly buy from them again and save money on ink."

"I had to be very persistent to get a defective cartridge refunded. They actually tried to tell me the cartridge I returned was not the one they sold me! I threatened to file a complaint with the Postal Inspection Service for fraud and report them to BBB and sites like this. They finally issued a refund, so they’ve broken no laws, but they are still dirt bags."
