"This store is in bankruptcy. They will take your order and keep the money, but you will never see the product. Don't go there!
Its a scam. We really have to watch who we deal with today. Current events is teaching us that more people are dishonest if given the opportunity. We need to rally and bring this poodle groomer some justice

"I have been waiting for my order to be delivered for almost 1 month now.I have called several times and sent emails but I have never heard back from anyone ,right now we are checking with the Better Business Bureau to see if this company is legitimate and I will be requesting a refund from my bank tomorrow because it will have been 30 days since I placed my order.The website advertises 24/7 customer service which is completely false no one has ever answered the number that is listed and no one has ever returned my calls.
It is not my character to place bad reviews about a company but I just could not let this happen to someone else so buyers please beware.

"Ordered 1st time recieved product fine. Frontline was not working, E-Mailed them for a refund with no response. (After 3 applications frontline started to work. Ordered 2nd time order never recieved and funds never withdrawn.

Found a new Company to use since the overall service was very poor.

"This is a total SCAM!!! I payed $60 for my order and I still have not received anything. I placed an order back on March 16th and I am still waiting.... No one has responded to my emails or calls. People beware of this website. Its so much better to just go to the store and get the stuff in person."

"1800FrontLine is the worst online store I have ever dealt with. They are a scam artist and I am honestly surprised they are still in business. I ordered my item a month ago, but I never received my item. I also was never informed about a estimated shipping date and after trying to contact them at least 5 times no one as gotten back to me. I am to the point of just disputing this charge with my credit card carrier. Hopefully someone at 1800FrontLine will see this review so they can make sure this doesn't happen to another one of their customers again. "

"I placed an order on March 25th and am still waiting! Customer service is a complete joke! I've called several times as well as emailed several! My senior father is completely worried that he has been defrauded! I want my money or my order! If I don't get a response soon I am filing a report with my credit card company and the athorities."

"TERRIBLE.
I placed my order on March 18,2012. Today is April 16,2012 and I have not received my Frontline. I have sent them a email and called and left a detailed message on the "24/7 Help line". NO REPSONSE ! My credit card was billed no problem........
