"I placed an order for a convertible car seat and in less than 24 hours received an email with a promotional code for certain car seats; my car seat was included in this promotion. However after an inquiry to customer service to apply the discount they refused and advised that I return my order and reorder using the code. I've never come across this issue with other website retailers. Pretty unprofessional and non-customer minded. We won't use them ever again. "

They carry the large quantity diapers and wipes in the size I need, (which is a crap shoot at babiesrus). I had to go to multiple stores to get the right size and brand. Never again. I order from this site. It is also great for large paper products and pet supplies as they usually take up the whole cart at the grocery store. Their customer service is also fantastic. I accidentally ordered the same order 3 times and got 3 packages delivered. I called them and they scheduled a pick up for me from my house for the next day.
