It's now been 24 days since I've placed my order and not a single item has been shipped.
Their excuse for the reason why the order hasn't been shipped is that they're running behind. If they're behind, then they shouldn't be telling customers that their products will ship immediately.
Customer support via email is horrendous. Some emails appear to be ignored. Others are answered only when told that they're going to be reported to the credit card company as a fraudulent transaction.
Save yourself the time, hassle, and headache - take your money elsewhere. "

Long story short:
They advertised a name brand item, specifically a table mate tv tray table.
They used the video of that product on their website to convince you to buy it.
Then sent a really inferior knock off.
Table mate has a 50 lb. weight limit, theirs had a 30 lb. weight limit. But wait, there's more!
The Table Mate, as well as the knock off they sent, is adjustable.
Unfortunately, you only have 2 adjustment choices with the knock off.
You can either adjust it so that the food, computer or whatever slides off the front of the table.
If that is not to your liking, you can also adjust it so that the food, computer or whatever slides onto your lap.
Then they want you to pay the shipping to return it! Unbelievable!
I reported them to the NY State Attorney General for running a classic bait and switch, hopefully they will be put out of business soon.
