Their customer service is shocking. I attempted a transaction a week ago now which did not go through. I have contacted them and requested 16 times now for them to contact my bank to declare that they will not be taking the money that is currently being held so this can be put back in to my account to which I have now been told could take a week for them to send a fax.
Also I have recently found out that their items are reconditioned or returned items though this is not clearly stated on their website, it is stated however when you know what you are looking out for. Beware of "Manufacturers Grade A Condition" this is not brand new!!"

Well, it turned out I was too optimistic - my second order didn't arrive at all: their supplier failed to process the order twice, and I had to cancel it and go to a local store to buy the cable. Very disappointed.

The order arrived via UPS, but several items
were pulled wrong by the shipper/handler. This
problem was made known to 123av soonest. He made
contact with the shipper/handler and they re-
shipped the incorrect items. The second shipment
arrived by UPS on 29 Aug 2006 and the problems
were corrected. They told me to keep the miss-sent
itmes for they were not cost effective for a
return shipment to be made. Eventhough, it took
a little longer than normal to get the (total)
shipment correct, all turned out fine in the end. "
