"Product was grossly over priced. When I tried to cancel the order which was within hours of placing it, they refused claiming it had already shipped. The shipping label was dated several days later. I still have not gotten my refund even though I returned the product by Fedex and they are ignoring my requests. I purchased the identical product at Amazon for about 1/2 of this companies price. I recommend against doing business with this company."

"I received a confirmation email immediately after placing my order. The item was in stock, and the site said it would ship within 2 business days, with a 2 - 5 day delivery.
The confirmation email said I would be notified when the item shipped. After 7 days with no shipment notification, I emailed customer service. After waiting 4 more days without any response, I again emailed customer service, and requested the order be cancelled.
A few hours later, I received a reply that the order had been shipped and would take 7 -10 days for delivery.
Very dissatisfied with this company - both the false/misleading information on their web site, and their lack of response to inquiries."

They refered my account to a collection agency even though my order was paid in full by credit card.

They did not even try to contact me before doing this. Now I have to convince the collection agency to stop harrassing me.
