"Had some Imago pendants specified for the job, took forever to get them lamps. CUSTOM FABRICATED" was the standard answer. The units we ordered where the wrong size, they refused to accept a return or exchange for the fixtures they had recommended. If you want some answer contact Resolute directly who makes the lamps at least they got some real answer for you.
Stay away from Perkins and these thieves who steel your money overcharge you on freight. Shop at Ylighting where you get some decent service and professional assistance."
