"I absolutely LOVE the gaming pc i got!
I got this system primarily because
I am an Unreal game developer
and Visual Studio programmer
but the sheer fact I can play
all my favorite AAA titles
such as Cyberpunk2077 and
Starfield on ultra settings
is so pawsome!
Also considering this system is

"I was nervous about ordering from exotic PC because I was finding a lot of horrible reviews. Some talk about computers being doa, taking months to receive, horrible customer service, etc.
My experience was the complete opposite. I ordered the zephyrus m16. I got 2 upgraded ssd's with heat syncs, upgraded memory, clean os install, redline os boost, and a recovery key. I wasn't expecting to get this laptop for at least a month. It arrived at my house 11 days after I placed the order! Not 11 business days....11 days! Everything is packaged well and perfectly set up how I wanted. I build my own PC's, but if I ever need another laptop, I know where I will go!"

"Got this a few months ago, the performance is pretty much exactly what I was hoping for. There are however a few quality control issues my unit it would seem. My unit was delivered with the i/o ports almost completely misaligned, there was also a loose screw just rattling around in the case. Also my stick of ram came with the XMP profile enabled which caused the pc freeze at random and require me to hold the power button until reset. all-in-all I am mostly glad with my purchase. "

"I had an issue with my charging port which was repaired. It took a month for the repair to be completed due to my computer had to be sent to the manufacturer for the repair. The manufacturer wiped my computer which i found odd but not much i could do about that. Xotic reinstalled my clean version of windows for me before completing the warranty repair. I did not receive any updates via email or checking my rma number through this whole process. I had to get updates through the chat feature which got me updated in a timely manner. Now that I finally have my computer back there seems to be a new issue with my graphics card not being detected. So back through the warranty process I will have to go. Hopefully it won't take a month to get it repaired yet again."
