"I was nervous about ordering from exotic PC because I was finding a lot of horrible reviews. Some talk about computers being doa, taking months to receive, horrible customer service, etc.
My experience was the complete opposite. I ordered the zephyrus m16. I got 2 upgraded ssd's with heat syncs, upgraded memory, clean os install, redline os boost, and a recovery key. I wasn't expecting to get this laptop for at least a month. It arrived at my house 11 days after I placed the order! Not 11 business days....11 days! Everything is packaged well and perfectly set up how I wanted. I build my own PC's, but if I ever need another laptop, I know where I will go!"

"Their customer service is outstanding! A real breath of fresh air from the horrific customer service that has spread throughout businesses in general since Covid. We had an issue with our bank approving the purchase, they reached out to us about it and we got it straightened out and they stayed on top of the order the entire time. I am very happy with how the entire process went."

"I had an issue with my charging port which was repaired. It took a month for the repair to be completed due to my computer had to be sent to the manufacturer for the repair. The manufacturer wiped my computer which i found odd but not much i could do about that. Xotic reinstalled my clean version of windows for me before completing the warranty repair. I did not receive any updates via email or checking my rma number through this whole process. I had to get updates through the chat feature which got me updated in a timely manner. Now that I finally have my computer back there seems to be a new issue with my graphics card not being detected. So back through the warranty process I will have to go. Hopefully it won't take a month to get it repaired yet again."

"They couldn't get the order shipped out even close to on time. They didn't ship the computer till the day it was supposed to be delivered even though the computer was finished and ready to be shipped for a whole week. Then kept getting one lie after another from sales/support even though I went out of the way trying to work with them and help set everything up"
