"Best computer buying experience I've ever encountered they went above and beyond. Fast and responsive to any requests/questions/ and or concerns I had. Shipped my item and was to me in less than 2 weeks which was incredibly faster than I thought it would arrive(highly recommend choosing priority shipment to get it within a 2 week window). Box came very neatly packed and even came with a nice certificate almost like a car title but for your PC which I thought was cool! I have bought other pre builds from different places in the past and had to deal with damage during shipment and loud CPU fan noises(which made me have to upgrade to a aftermarket CPU fan) but these computers built by Digitalstorm are top quality, quiet, and beautifully designed. I strongly recommend them to anybody and will be doing business with them in the future, I am highly satisfied and happy with my purchase. I don't do reviews often but felt I needed to spread the word that they build great computers and offer many different ways to pay for your convivence. They also have a huge online community that helps one another! Thank you digital storm for building my dream PC you guys rock!

"I had an issue with my charging port which was repaired. It took a month for the repair to be completed due to my computer had to be sent to the manufacturer for the repair. The manufacturer wiped my computer which i found odd but not much i could do about that. Xotic reinstalled my clean version of windows for me before completing the warranty repair. I did not receive any updates via email or checking my rma number through this whole process. I had to get updates through the chat feature which got me updated in a timely manner. Now that I finally have my computer back there seems to be a new issue with my graphics card not being detected. So back through the warranty process I will have to go. Hopefully it won't take a month to get it repaired yet again."

"Just in case you are thinking about buying from them, don't. These are lies. They sent me a non working $4,000 pc and REFUSED to do anything. They ignored my pleas for assistance and when I finally got mad and dropped an F bomb in an email, they banned me from tech support lmao.
It's actually that the defective 3090 founders edition They sold me was DOA. they refused to replace it with what I paid for. Forced garbage, a lesser quality GPU on me and ignored me when I complained. Now they won't respond. This was sensitive alexis' email. Stay away, they will rip you off"
