"BUYER BEWARE. Even if you return your order, you will not receive a refund. It is also ridiculous that you have to wait 1-3 days for a reply. I provided the return tracking number as well as the USPS receipt and still no refund. They even asked me to take a picture of the USPS tracking page. SCAM SCAM FRAUD FRUAD."

"Very disappointed in this obvious deception . . . As soon as I opened the box, I knew something was horribly wrong . . . So my options now are to keep it and wonder what else is not as advertised - OR - engage in the usually futile attempt to get a refund . . . once these people have your money, they won't let go . . . even if I succeed, it will take many weeks and I will have to ship it back at my own expense (which, by the way is about 10X what it cost to get it in the first place) . . . so, I have a LOSE - LOSE situation here . . .
