"I was disappointed with the packaging, I bought this as a surprise gift for my Mother. There was a goofy paper sticker that could not be removed if there was possibility of a return and because of this sticker, the watch could not nestle securely in the watch box and was loose inside the box and flopped out when I first opened the box and packaging. I attempted to repackage the watch in preparation for wrapping and gifting to my Mother. Again, I could not fit the watch well into the box because of the goofy tape. So when she opened her surprise there was ugly tape attached to the strap and she was unable to try it on and buckle the watch. Such an eyesore during an exciting moment. "

"The watch took 4 weeks to be delivered and then it was too big for my wife's wrist. It took them 10 days to respond to my return request. When they got it, they told me their 15 day return policy expired and I could take a 25% hit on the watch or they could send it back to me to sell myself. All I wanted was to exchange it for one that fit my wife. Horrible customer service for a $3,000+ purchase. "
