"I loved my Xbox one s wrap I got from them. I didn’t really like the one I got for my Magic Trackpad. I hated the texture. I got those a few years ago. I decided I would try their wrap for my Apple Pencil. It’s horrible and doesn’t fit properly. It doesn’t look good at all as I showed them. They did not offer a refund, wanted me to pay for shipping and wanted to send a replacement. I hate the useless product, no I don’t want a replacement. I want my money back. I’d probably never use or recommend them in the future. They also hid reviews on their website in the past. "

"I ordered the new ghost case for my new iPhone 15 Pro Max and it came all sctrached up. I emailed dbrand a few times to ask for a refund or exchange and they ghosted me not one reply back from them. I will not be order from them again nor would I recommend anyone else to order from them. "
