"I reside in Canada and heard of Rock Auto from Garage squad the TV series so I decided to give them a try. The prices are very good and the parts I ordered were very good, I read the comments on line for Rock Auto and they weren't very good but my experience was very good and the shipping was very fast."

" I orderd a part which never made it to me, was returned in transit by FedEx. RockAuto decided the return shipping cost was more than the price of the part, so they informed me they were "not able to provide a refund." THEN!!!! - When I opened a dispute through PAYPAL, they immediately contacted me saying they would proccess a refund if I closed the dispute. I did close it and they ghosted me. Thank you to PAYPAL for re-opening the dispute and PAYPAL refunded my money. I hope PAYPAL goes after these f**king ****."

"Buyer beware! They will sell you incorrect parts causing damage and send it to their mechanic that will lie and say your responsible for repairs. They will not supply you with the diagnostics or repair bill stating what the repairs are."
