The prices are very good and the parts I ordered were very good, I read the comments on line for Rock Auto and they weren't very good but my experience was very good and the shipping was very fast."

" I orderd a part which never made it to me, was returned in transit by FedEx. RockAuto decided the return shipping cost was more than the price of the part, so they informed me they were "not able to provide a refund." THEN!!!! - When I opened a dispute through PAYPAL, they immediately contacted me saying they would proccess a refund if I closed the dispute. I did close it and they ghosted me. Thank you to PAYPAL for re-opening the dispute and PAYPAL refunded my money. I hope PAYPAL goes after these f**king ****."

"Ordered parts for one of my trucks double orderd a part sent 1a a email and they sent a tracking order thru ups. Great sent the parts back a little over two weeks ago and have yet to receive a refund. Other than that I’ve had good luck with them. If they make it right I’m sure I’ll continue using them "
