The prices are very good and the parts I ordered were very good, I read the comments on line for Rock Auto and they weren't very good but my experience was very good and the shipping was very fast."

"Ordered a Toyota tundra check valve for a good price and took longer than expected to deliver. Part was good and sufficient, but the delay put me behind, but overall I’m still satisfied with the product and price mainly . I did see the fine print on deliveries after the fact though"

" I orderd a part which never made it to me, was returned in transit by FedEx. RockAuto decided the return shipping cost was more than the price of the part, so they informed me they were "not able to provide a refund." THEN!!!! - When I opened a dispute through PAYPAL, they immediately contacted me saying they would proccess a refund if I closed the dispute. I did close it and they ghosted me. Thank you to PAYPAL for re-opening the dispute and PAYPAL refunded my money. I hope PAYPAL goes after these f**king ****."
