"I had a terrible experience with Rugs USA. After placing an order, I had to initiate a call to inquire about the status seven days later. To my dismay, they informed me that my order had to be canceled because it was out of stock. When I asked if I could at least receive the same 30% discount I got on my initial order due to their delayed notification, they flatly refused. I won't be making any future purchases from them. Terrible customer service!"
