"One of the worse online shopping !!! Placed my order on 28 of Feb ! Today is 17 April ! That’s almost 2 months and I still haven’t received my package ! Are they shipping from Mars ? "Poor customer service; poor return service; Items rarely arrive on time; difficult to get hold of customer service; mostly poor packaging; mostly junk from China where I can get anywhere else if I wanted it; Expensive prime with no real benefits, I can order without Prime and get stuff in the same amount of time. I switched to Walmart +; they deliver the same day within a few hours, even groceries; Chinese junk is delivered in 2 to 3 days - just as fast as prime; Paramount + is free with Walmart +; Returns will be picked up from your house from the closest Walmart or picked up from your house from Fedex; or just bring it back to Walmart when you visit. $99/year"
