"The watch took 4 weeks to be delivered and then it was too big for my wife's wrist. It took them 10 days to respond to my return request. When they got it, they told me their 15 day return policy expired and I could take a 25% hit on the watch or they could send it back to me to sell myself. All I wanted was to exchange it for one that fit my wife. Horrible customer service for a $3,000+ purchase. "
