"I own my own Corporation and purchased an ID printer from them to make badges for my employees. Everything went through perfectly on my end. The bank approved the 2 grand, pulled it out of my account, the company sent me an EMail saying the product was being shipped and even provided a tracking number. I got another EMail from some “fraud department” inside their company who told me they were flagging my order as fraud and it would no longer be processed. When I click the tracking number it says cancelled. I emailed the company back when I got home from work that day and told the lady that it wasn’t fraud, I owned my own business and I had any paperwork she could possibly need, such as tax id, articles of incorporation, dba, business license or anything else, just to let me know, and they never even responded back. This is a horrible way to do business and their “fraud department” just cost them a little over 2 grand. Don’t believe anything these people tell you until the item arrives on your door step, because apparently even getting all the way in the process to where they assign tracking #s doesn’t mean anything to them. Good luck if your a legit business and your trying to order a product from these guys."
