"I ordered myself a pair of glasses and they sent me the wrong frames and lenses. I reached out and they sent me the correct pair. I didn’t like them so went to return for a refund. They wouldn’t give me a refund because they claimed it was my second return, even though it was their fault I received the wrong pair the first time. Terrible service and I will never order a pair of glasses from them again. Also, impossible to get ahold of a real person. I am only able to talk to robots. Don’t order from them!"

"I got on the website at least five times attempting to order glasses. I found the experience not very pleasant. I even called your customer service number and was not able to resolve my issue. I finally after much trial and error ordered a pair of glasses. The organization of your website is not very easy to understand and it is tedious having to go back and forth. I tried three times to put glasses in the cart and had to call to find out how to do that.
I have a friend that insists that it is a good value and easy to use so I am trying it because of him.
