"you took a sure easy simple a deal and turned it into a nightmare for me , you are a bunch of sheisters of the worst kind , you should not be allowed to practice business anywhere let alone run a bodega in the worst part of town , no wonder you went bankrupt chapter 11 . " I orderd a part which never made it to me, was returned in transit by FedEx. RockAuto decided the return shipping cost was more than the price of the part, so they informed me they were "not able to provide a refund." THEN!!!! - When I opened a dispute through PAYPAL, they immediately contacted me saying they would proccess a refund if I closed the dispute. I did close it and they ghosted me. Thank you to PAYPAL for re-opening the dispute and PAYPAL refunded my money. I hope PAYPAL goes after these f**king ****."
