"I've been an Angie's customer for many years. They used to give good service, but it's been really bad lately.
Last night I spent two hours trying to correct my street address on a booking, but failed. They put me on a chat, but the chat disconnected and never picked up again, around 8pm PDT. This morning I called in and was run thru circles. I asked for a call back, but after five hours, they never called back.
I am very disappointed with their service."

"I wanted to start exploring replacing my outlet. Instead, I got hounded and pressured by at least four electricians, most of which were the infamous outfits that are owned by VCs instead of actual electricians. I felt like a tuna surrounded by a bunch of sharks. I expect better from a service I pay for."
