"NEVER EVER purchase from these jokers. I was told by customer service person Julio that I would receive my purchased product in "a few days." I needed it for film shoot. (insert laugh here)
I received an email saying it went arrive 7-10 days later. This is unacceptable and I wanted either a full refund or for them to expedite my purchased product in the promised time.
Was on the phone for an hour going in absolutely nonsensical circles with people that are either oblivious to common sense, or going off of a script. One person from the Philippines had no clue as to what she was saying. We will be sharing our experience with everyone."

"On two separate occasions within the course of 2 weeks, I was fortunate enough to successfully order a highly sought after gaming monitor for a birthday present. Both times, my order was unceremoniously cancelled. After I ordered the second one, I even sent them an email and asked them to contact me if they had concerns with my order (Order #*******022) as the first cancellation was "marked as fraud by our verification team". Even with my direct contact information and assurance that I was a real person, they cancelled my second order also. I sent their customer service people a note about the first cancellation and got no response. I didn't even bother the second time. I see they have incredible reviews here, maybe they're paying for them because my experience couldn't have been worse. I got two order confirmations - one was cancelled after 40 minutes, the second (Order #*******667) was cancelled 9 days later as they were closed for Passover. I'll stick to newegg and Amazon for this purchase going forward and have removed B&H from my searches. Unbelievable. If only they cared just a smidge, I wouldn't be visiting review sites today... all of them."
