"I ordered a rear break caliper bracket and new caliper.ive been mechanic 27 years and they sent the wrong bracket but the rite caliper which are two parts.

" I orderd a part which never made it to me, was returned in transit by FedEx. RockAuto decided the return shipping cost was more than the price of the part, so they informed me they were "not able to provide a refund." THEN!!!! - When I opened a dispute through PAYPAL, they immediately contacted me saying they would proccess a refund if I closed the dispute. I did close it and they ghosted me. Thank you to PAYPAL for re-opening the dispute and PAYPAL refunded my money. I hope PAYPAL goes after these f**king ****."
