16 Dec 2017: Email from Macy's saying they are cancelling the ring portion of the order because they do not have it in stock...or... I can delay the whole order for 2-3 weeks until the ring is back in stock.

Horrible customer service.
“Long story short. Never have I dealt with a company that has such disrespect to its customers. I’m sure I woke up an agent when I called. She basically told me she didn’t care about the problem. 2 weeks after my order I received an email stating one of the items was out of stock. Now 7 days before Christmas another email saying the second idea won’t be shipping until January. Never again will I deal with them and I will shout it to the rooftops how bad they are. ”

Book ordered, no shipment
“I ordered a book, was told that it shipped. Two weeks later, no book. I contacted the company, and like everyone else, received a response placing the blame on the shipping service, offering either a refund or to re-ship the book. Waiting to see if it actually ships the second time.”

“I saw a suit I really wanted for me moms 62th birthday. I was very nervous to say the least after reading the reviews. I thought about it overnight and decided to order. Best decision ever. Pretty little thing ****
“I ordered two body suits both the same size but when I got them both of the tags said sizes 16 that’s not the size that I order the first body suit I got was too small and the second body suit that I got was too big I waited three weeks to get my package every time I kept tracking my package the estimated reliever date would change and get pushed out long. Now they won’t let me exchange anything for a different size and they won’t let me get my money back.”
