“When I called for a return, the phone was answered on the second ring by Mike. He gave me probably the best customer service I've ever had. Not only was there zero hassle for the return, instead of asking me to return the product, he asked if I could donate it to a shelter instead, you don't find businesses like that anymore! I will definitely be purchasing any products I can from Chewy.com. Thank you!!!”

No contacts, no compensation.
“I ordered two pairs of contacts from this store about a month ago and was getting worried that they weren't in my mail box. I decided to check the tracking number and discovered that they sent my contacts to the wrong address and didn't even remember to input my street address before shipping. My order never came to me. I sent them an email asking for compensation and never received any even though it was their fault. ”

Customer service failures
“UPS store in Buffalo didn't explain to a sender that COD charges could be occurred by sending items across the border.

Thus causing undue stress to the receiver which is me.

The UPS corporate line then argued with me for 10 minutes and told me a document will hold up in court that the receiver signed, I never once told them I was going to take them to court, and they then argued with me about whether I said I would take them to court.

Defective Product, Shady Return Policy, Poor Customer Service
“I purchased a Herman Miller Aeron chair.

- Took 18 days to ship. Shipping only took 1 day. Repeatedly called asking why it had not shipped. Never got a straight answer.

- When it arrived, one of the feet was snapped off. Package was not insulated in box at all. Received a free replacement wheel in mail.

- 2 weeks later I noticed the chair was sinking. Height adjustment appears to be failing, indicating a very old refurb chair. The original manufacturer sticker was removed. Shady, right?

“My contacts are GORGEOUS and the quality is excellent. They literally feel like NOTHING in my eyes (unlike a lot of other color contacts I've tried which feel like sand in my eyes). This may be because I purchased ones made with silicone hydrogel, a newer material. I'm so glad Eyecandys offers this. Considering that shipping was free, I was ultra impressed when my order arrived before the ETA!”
