“Dear Customer,
Appreciate you leaving us an feedback with your shopping experience at our store. Just want to clarify few things about your order. From the time that you have placed your order, the item that you have purchased was showing Out of Stock with Zero quantity on hand. Which mean we don't have the item in our warehouse and it will take about 7 to 14 business days for us to process your order if the item is not in stock.
To avoid receiving any more order request on the out of stock item, we have to expire the special promotion and change the price back to the normal selling price instead of special which is only $2 more. The reason why we have do that so the customer will stop buying the out of stock item.
Hope this will help clear things up a little for future orders and sorry that our services didn’t work out for you this time, hopefully you are willing to give us a try later on in the nearly future.
