“I ordered flowers on Thursday for Mother's Day. It was late I know, but they accepted my order and initially said they would be delivered the next day (cost an extra $19.99). I got an email shortly thereafter that said that my arrangement was unavailable to call them. After waiting 20 minutes on hold I spoke to someone and they were very friendly and we selected a new arrangement together. They said they would replace it and everything would be there as scheduled. I got an email at 0100 today (Mother's Day) that my order was confirmed and my Mother would receive her flowers on Tuesday. After calling Customer Service they apologized, but the best they could do was a 25% off my order!!! I will never use them again.”
