My purchase of a hard-to-find Thinkpad T-400S replacement LCD panel from ThinkPad-Parts/Advanced Computer Services went very well. They assisted me over the phone to select the correct screen from their web site, told me that a large order of them was arriving in a few days and that mine would be included. Their email communication about the order was prompt and thorough. Indeed, the panel arrived on time, carefully packed, intact, as described, apparently new, free from dead or stuck pixels. The price was reasonable and significantly less expensive than buying from Lenovo-IBM directly. On the basis of this experience I'd buy from them again and recommend them.

They had among the best prices and a clear, detailed web site that was easy to navigate. I paid a little extra to speed delivery and the washer was delivered within the promised time frame (note that they specify the number of BUSINESS days). The machine was undamaged and the shipping company they used had a competent, friendly crew who handled the machine carefully and brought it inside our house. Email communication from the company was prompt, kept me informed about shipping and even reminded me not to forget to take advantage of the rebate. I would buy from them again and recommend to friends.

Great buying experience. I phoned to verify stock status because the camera I wanted was brand new and in very short supply. The order was perfectly recorded and executed by sales rep "Ray." He was helpful but not pushy. Even though my credit card company held up the sale to confirm that I had actually placed the order, BuyDig did not bump my scarce product from the queue. Their status-updating emails were prompt, thorough and clear as was their response to my phone query. Packaging and shipping were perfect. The product arrived sooner than I expected. Their price was as low as any of the reliable vendors were offering and they had stock earlier and offered free shipping unlike some of competition.
I'm encouraged to purchase from them in the future.

Mwave had the best price for the 1TB HD among reliable vendors. The web site was clear and easy to navigate. They emailed prompt and clear notices for order acceptance, processing and shipping. Ground shipping time was long but not unreasonable given that it crossed the entire country. Order was complete, well-packaged and exactly as described. Their "house" data cable was of good quality. On the basis of this, my first purchase from Mwave, I'll include them in my preferred vendors list.

This is my second great experience ordering from SterlingTEK.
The batteries have very high quality fit and finish, equal to the Canon orginal, and their capacity is higher. I've only had them for a few weeks but charge-holding appears excellent. In addition, when charging they do not get very warm, maybe better than the Canon original. This is critical for long battery life. The batteries from my previous order are doing well after a year so I expect these will also hold up over time. Shipping was very prompt and protective packaging suitable. I will order from these folks again and recommend them highly.

Buying a Da-Lite Contour Electrol projection screen from Cousin's Video was an ideal internet shopping experience. Their web site was clear and helpful and the prices the best I could find. They also offered a clear and easy way to get optional features for the product I wanted. The 5-star rating on Projector Central and positive comments on ResellerRatings were reassuring. Their email notifications and quick responses to my questions were also much appreciated. Delivery was fast and smooth. The product is exactly as described and performs perfectly. I'd order from them again and recommend them to friends.

This seller substituted an inferior and unsuitable product and dared to include a printed notice that they had sent an “upgrade” at no charge to me. They advertised a pair of 1300mah InfoLithium compatible batteries for my Sony camcorder explicitly claiming each incorporated the chip that reports battery life, a feature required by most Sony camcorders. Instead, they sent 1160mah (weaker) batteries with NO chip. The product package made no mention of any chip although it did claim to be substitutable for the Sony battery. In response to my complaint, the seller insisted the package claim was correct but finally did agree to refund my purchase price. They refused to reimburse my shipping costs, even though the product had to be returned because of their error. The seller has a regular web store but I had purchased from them through eBay. When I posted feedback describing my experience, the seller posted retaliatory negative feedback for me, including the claim that I couldn’t read. After many emails from them requesting mutual feedback withdrawal, I was still unwilling to deprive other buyers of a chance to read about my experiences with them. I appealed to eBay arbitration, which decided the seller’s negative feedback was a false accusation and they cancelled it. I was not the only one subjected to this treatment; the seller also retaliated with negative feedback to every other eBay buyer who posted a complaint.
I’d advise against purchasing from them because: 1. They sent a product inferior to what they advertised. 2. They tried to cover this up by claiming it was an “upgrade.” 3. They did not know enough about their inventory to understand the requirements of Sony cameras, certainly not an obscure brand. 4. They refused to acknowledge they made an error. 5. They refused to reimburse shipping costs I incurred because they made a mistake. 6. They bully their eBay customers and post retaliatory feedback to discourage criticism.
I’m sorry ResellerRatings did not have a listing for them before I purchased. I hope this report will help others who might have considered buying from this dealer.

Excellent price for my order. Reasonably clear website. Prompt, honest email response to question. Quick email confirmation of order. Rapid shipping. No errors. I will always check their site for future purchases.
