This store is a horrendous store. Over the years, I've always hated the shopping experience - you can never find what you need, the shelves were always not sorted, and the employees have no clue. The wine cooler I bought from them can't even seal the door properly. This recent experience just topped it off.
When I was owed a refund, Home Depot would not give it to my own credit card, and had to give me a "store credit" card. Then, when someone stole it, I cannot even cancel the card. They even told me to go to the store, then I waited for over an hour, went through 5 employees, and in the end they claim they cannot stop or cancel the card that was stolen, despite them showing me on a computer that there is still a $65 balance on the card, and simply told me the thief can continue to use the card.
