“One line summary: "The amazon of auto parts"

First time dealing with them since I needed some car parts and they had some really really good coupons. Service is great, shipping speed as well, and returns was trouble free.

Ordered 4/22/2014, and it was delivered on 4/24/2014 via Priority Mail. I didn't even select this shipping method. By the time I placed the order, the next morning I tried to add some small items I forgot to add to the order, since I already reached the free shipping threshold. This couldn't be done since the order was already processing, and the representative said she would waive the shipping for these small items and ship them anyway.

Customer service is nice, phone support is fast, and emails are answered within 24 hours. They even have chat service.

Return policy is 90 Days! So I followed to return some unused items, and shipped them. I got refunded appropriately a couple of days after they received the items.”

“Booking made on 3/26/2014

Kayak is a really good booking website overall for hotels, flights, and car rentals. It's one of the few that provided me with more filters and better map options to locate exactly what I wanted. I highly recommend it. It has the +3 -3 days for booking flights that is really helpful.”

“April 2014 order.

Had to place a quick reservation on the spot since it was cheaper than walking to the counter to reserve a car. Did it on the wrong date apparently, then the EZ Rent-a-car representative couldn't do anything about it and couldn't match the price either. So I tried to find a phone number for Carrentals.com but couldn't find one. I tried to cancel it, but the charge would still be there since cancellations for some companies are not refundable. I then booked it with Alamo through car rentals, which don't ask for payment until you show up at the rental place. This second method is so much better in case of mistakes.

But in order to have my charges refunded through the first time, I had to email them. The first reply I received was telling me about their terms of cancellation, so I replied again explaining in more detail what happened and then they talked to EZ Rent-a-car which then provided me a courtesy refund.

Pros:
Cheap price
Simple

Cons:
No phone number, only email contact information
Their cancellation policy sucks with some companies (especially EZ Rent-a-car)
Their website cannot give a choice of an exact return location in another city.”

Placed two separate orders on December and both of them shipped with no problems. My plan was automatically downgraded with no extra charges. And when I tried to communicate with them through chat, it was quick and painless.”

I hate it when companies cancel the orders WITHOUT any notice or email, and this is exactly what happened with my order. One week later I notice no shipping email from them so I go log in to my account and it said cancelled.”

“February 2014:
Ordered and it didn't arrive. Sent an email and they replied the next day (good turnaround time) saying it would be getting reshipped soon. Days later I received it.

Pros:
Customer service is good, with a good turnaround time of one day.

Cons;
Item does have a tracking number, but too bad they don't provide it to the customer

“March 2014:
Placed an order of 6 prepaid phones. They were delivered very promptly. I tried to place another order but it would keep rejecting my credit cards (plural). Emailed support, and they replied very promptly. They didn't answer my question correctly so I replied to the email, and within an hour I received a support phone call. Still couldn't really solve my problem, they told me I should order it over the phone. I gave up and decided to try next week.

One week later I try to place another order and it failed like the other times. So I call and try to place an order over the phone (the wait time was long). And it fails to process in their system, but this time the representative was actually a lot more helpful. He told me that the system limits only a certain number of orders per address/email.

Pros:
Ships fast.

Cons:
Phone wait time is long.
My address was cut short, it didn't even have the "#1234" after the address even though the shipment confirmation had it and I wasn't notified of this!
Customer service is not competent enough.
Limit of orders that is not stated anywhere on their website.”

“December 2013 Order.

Short Version: Customer service is awful.

Long Version:
I placed an order for comforter AND shams. One week later, I receive the comforter with NO shams. So I called them, and they told me to forward the confirmation email where it stated "and shams", because it was supposed to say "or shams" apparently.
7 days later, I receive no reply. So I call a second time, and they tell me that I should receive the shams in 7 days.
On 12/16 I call a third time since I haven't received them, and they said I should wait a little longer and I should receive an email.
On 12/30 I don't receive any emails or package, so I call them back. They say tracking number is not provided, they'd reship it and I should call back in 10 business days.
On 1/31 I call and they said I should receive the shams by the 4th.
On 2/20 I decide call back one more time before the 90 days pass from the date of purchase so I can file a dispute with the credit card company. I talk to Ann and ask for a refund because I never received the shams. She says she can't do any credits/refunds and she'd try to place my shams order again and I should receive a confirmation email within 5 business days.

I didn't want to take any chances so I filed a dispute with my credit card company after the 5 business days passed with no confirmation email.

3/4, they shipped my shams finally but definitely too late: 3 months late!

Pros:
Wait time on the phone calls is low though. Maximum wait time is 12 minutes.

Cons:
Customer service can't do much and if they placed any order confirmations for replacements, it takes weeks to receive those in the email!

“September 2012:
Ordered a cell phone and it was shipped the next day. The phone worked well and everything went smooth. No problems. I haven't dealt with their returns yet.

February 2014:
I sent them an email, one day later I haven't received a response from them. Three business days later, I finally received a response. It's a pretty slow turn around.

March 2014:
And their restocking fee is as follows: We offer 30 days warranty. Returns of non-defective product may be subject to a handling and restocking fee of 10% of the purchase price or $10, whichever is greater. ”

“Order date: February 2014

The cookies taste good, and they are well packaged in the box. The message that you type in the order, it won't be inside the box, but it will be inside the shipping label pouch. Wish it was inside the box though, that'd be preferable.

My main concern is the arrival date. Do not rely on it entirely. I put 2/7, and it got there on the 2/8. And for Valentine day, it arrived one day before on 2/13. I don't know why they allow the input of the desired delivery date if it's not entirely accurate.”

“The costs of the items is REALLY high. The quality of the taste of the chocolate is the same, if it was a bit more special, it would be better. And the quality of the print of the message on the chocolate could be greatly improved. Some of the chocolate pieces were broken a bit as well.

But it was packed adequately.

Tip: The cheapest option for the quantity that you would get is to get the party favors which is the best bang for your buck. Then just buy a glass container from Hobby Lobby and decorate it.

“I have dealt with them twice so far. Both times, there have been tax problems where the tax wasn't calculated correctly and it bills you a different number.

One order was delivered but it was missing, and a refund was issued. Although if I order a second time, the signature would be required for the delivery. The second one was delivered with no issues.

One of the things I dislike is that no tracking numbers are provided. When you call them, they don't have them themselves and all they can provide is just the status.
