Update: I would like to thank Newegg for taking the time and effort to resolve my issues. Their customer service is very courteous and professional and I would definitely recommend them for any purchases.
Recently, Newegg had an awesome deal on a full tower chassis and I bought one for my new computer build. Unfortunately, the tower came with a broken 5.25" stealth cover. Customer service was very quick to issue a RMA, but shipping would be at my own expense. As you all know, a full tower computer case has quite a bit of weight to it, and the cost for shipping would've been half the cost of what I paid and I decided to keep the case instead. I will definitely continue to purchase at Newegg, just not for computer cases.
