It\u0027s like a marketing technique to draw customers and attention.<br>4) I once was sold an open box item for a logitech soundbar (for computers) and they tried to convince me it was new, when I got home it didnt even work, then I had to drive all the way back to return it.<br><br>Thanks a lot for Nothing TigerDirect.ca.
