1. Placed my order on 7/28
2. Got USPS tracking number on 7/29 - wow sounds good
3. On 8/3, USPS had not updated the tracking number, it means they never shipped it out. Then called them. -- oops...
I got first excellent excuse.... yes, it's funny.
The guy from CellHut told me.. 'well, we had a SPECIAL tracking system from USPS to track your package, although their website didn't update it, we knew it will be there in 2 days.' And I asked him where's my package, he saw my address in CA, then he told me.. 'Oh, it's in San Diego', and I said... what, I am far away from San Diego'... then he tried to end my call saying..' trust me, it's there... just wait couple days.. it will be there.' .. Ok, I then wait 2 days, 3 days... ...and 7 days later, I called again, this time is another story.
Here it is.. 'Since USPS had huge computer problem in Texas, all the packages they sent, were returned to them. but they have already shipped the package out again'.
Luckily, I finally received my order (just a $10 order) over half month after I order it., but I don't think I will buy from them anymore.
Also, please check RESELLERRATING.com, they have very low rating and they DEFINITELY won't return emails.

From a recent comment I saw, that guy looks very satisfy, and so detail about how good they are... sorry, I don't believe you.
