This retailer is mainly for people who want to save some money and are willing to wait to get what they've ordered. If you are in a hurry, this site is probably not for you. Many of the products shown on the website are not carried in stock and will need to be ordered from the manufacturer/supplier before they can be shipped to a retail customer. These not-in-stock items are nevertheless listed as "usually ships in 1-2 days". That is not realistic and some products will take much longer than that. If you want to get a better idea of how long a specific item might take to ship, you'll need to contact customer service first - and it still may take longer than they tell you. They also are not very good in customer communication, particularly in keeping one updated regarding status of an order. For example, I did not receive shipping status and a tracking number until my package had already been received. They could greatly improve on this by promptly updating a customer's online account with current info on pending orders, including the ETA of items on order from a supplier and shipping data as soon as an item is shipped to the customer. That way a customer can directly access that information online without having to email or phone the support staff.

This is not a reliable company. I have done business with three other online watch sellers and all of them fulfilled my orders in a timely manner. Jomashop did not. I ordered a watch which their webpage showed was in stock and available to ship in one business day. Part of my motivation for placing this order was a holiday promotion that offered a certificate good for 2 nights lodging at a group of several hotels. The receipt for my order showed that I had qualified for this promotion. After 3 days had gone by and 2 emails were sent to inquire about the order status I was informed that the watch I had ordered was unavailable and my order was cancelled - along with, of course, the holiday promotion that they used to draw people in. As a booby prize I was offered a $5.00 certificate toward a future purchase, should I be so stupid as to try another purchase. WOW, five bucks credit! And this is from a company selling products that cost thousands of dollars each. On top of this my card has funds blocked for this purchase which will not be available for alternative uses until the block eventually expires. I am a frequent shopper online and I'm accustomed to buying from companies that do not offer products for sale that they cannot, or will not deliver. Jomashop doesn't even bother to communicate order cancellations in a timely manner. I don't know where all of their high ratings come from, but it is interesting to note that many are from "reviewers" who have written only one review on this site and that was a perfect five star review for Jomashop.

A top footwear website. They process orders quickly and shipping is free - both ways including for returns. Shipping is either overnight (one day) or two days depending on what item is ordered. They process returns and issue refunds promptly. I have done business with Zappos and in my experience Endless.com speed and service is comparable to Zappos while overall their prices are better - Endless has more markdowns and special promotions. Highly recommended.

Beware!! This is a very bad company to do business with. In
several years of frequent online shopping this is my worst
experience so far. Customer service is non-existent. Zappos
apparently owns 6PM.com and it must be where Zappos dumps their
problem merchandise. Be aware that if you order a pair of shoes
from 6PM and something is wrong with them, you will be on the
hook for roundtrip shipping costs - which can total $20.00 or
more - when you have to return them. They have deliberately
disabled the customer review feature on each product page - a
customer "service" rep admitted that to me - so that when a
customer has a problem with something ordered they cannot post
any comment which could help a future customer in deciding
whether to order the item. This amounts to intentional
concealment of information which is relevant to a purchase
decision. It made me feel like I had been scammed. Their prices
are not low enough to make it worth the risk of ordering from
them. There are other footwear websites with prices comparable to
6PM which have much better customer service and business
policies.

GVH specializes in discounted footwear and they carry a number of premium brands. They probably have the largest selection of discounted Lucchese western boots on the web. They process orders and ship quickly and the shipping is free. I have had no problem with returns and have gotten a full refund for returned items. The customer does have to send back returns via a carrier of their choice and pay the shipping costs. That's the only negative. I prefer retailers that issue a return shipping label and deduct a set shipping fee from the refund due - giving the customer the benefit of the company's corporate shipping rate, which is lower than the retail rate you and I have to pay. But, GVH's prices are excellent and it's still a worthwhile place to shop for footwear.

I have ordered many times from Amazon. Orders are processed quickly and shipping is timely and usually free. Whenever I've had a problem I emailed customer service and have gotten a quick and helpful response. Returns are easy - a UPS return shipping label is generated - and the return shipping charge to be deducted from your refund is known in advance and reasonable in amount. They have a large inventory of products and their prices are competitive. All considered, a good place to shop.

Carry a number of high end brands of sunglasses. Their prices are among the best on the web, expecially with a 20% off coupon - SPRING10 is a current coupon code. Others can be found at sites such as http://www.retailmenot.com/ I have purchased from them a couple of times and received what I ordered with no problems. Their customer feedback is not the greatest - both times I had to call to get tracking information for shipments since it wasn't automatically emailed to me. However, they have a toll free number and a live person does answer the phone during business hours, so you can get information that you need without leaving a message and waiting for a callback. Also, they don't necessarily stock everything shown on the website, so it's best to call and ask about availability and how long it might take to get something that's not in stock. Also, there is free Priority Mail shipping for orders over $75 so
shipment will usually be received within 2-3 days. I haven't had to return anything, so I don't know how smoothly that process goes.
