I have ordered from newegg.com multiple times, and each time was a hassle free experience. The prices were always on the low end of the spectrum and orders were shipped in a timely manner. CSR's are helpful and friendly without patronizing. This company is GREAT! Great prices, great service, no hassles. If only the others were this good. I have grown tired of the PriceWatch "Wheel of Misfortune" and I've decided to stick with these guys for all my online PC shopping and save myself a lot of time and trouble. They may not have the absolute lowest price on stuff, but it's always close and, beleive me, the small difference is worth it.

5/6/03 Update: I had to RMA a video card. Newegg's RMA policies and procedures are totally focused on customer service. No hassles, no squirming, no attemtps to do anything to convince me that I didn't need a new card. They replaced my card pronto. These people are simply the best!

I ordered an AMD XP 2600+ 266FSB Retail and asked the salesman to make sure it was the 266 FSB version. He stated it was indeed the 266FSB version. They sent me the 333FSB version, but the invoice stated it was the 266FSB version by virtue of the true speed indicated (2.133Ghz=266FSB vs. 2.083Ghz=333FSB). I called back to explain the situation and they offered to RMA it and refund my money, but would not pay for the return shipping, even though this was clearly their mistake. That it NOT acceptable.
